Margo Homes is a property developer and landlord based in London and operating across the UK.

We specialise in the refurbishment of residential properties and the strategic acquisition of select homes within our lettings portfolio.

We believe in a sustainable, conscientious approach to property development, one that respects each property as well as the community and environment in which it resides. 

Our guiding principle is to create and invest in properties we’d want to live in. This defines our entire approach, from sourcing and selection through to design and build.  

We’re location-driven and research intensive, favouring quality properties with inherent character and unrealised potential. 

We commit our attention and energy to each project with the mindset of the end inhabitant at all times. This enables us to create cleverly designed homes, finished to a standard we’d expect ourselves and built to be enjoyed for the long term.

We believe a house is more than the bricks and mortar it comprises; each home tells a story, and we’re proud to help write the next chapters of the homes we look after.
